no leads in the hopper

Frequently when I add a new list thee are no leads in the hopper. Sometimes if I make the list inactive and then active that will solve the problem but not always. Any thoughts?

It can take up to a minute before the leads are loaded into the hopper. Patience is a virtue.

the hopper loads "on the minute", so wait until your clock (top right corner of most manager windows) goes past the one minute mark, then check your hopper.
