Dialing to uk

hi all i am trying to dial uk numbers but am unable to do that my sip settings are:-

Carrier ID: SPECTRANET

Carrier Name: SPECTRANET

Registration String: register => XXXXX:XXXXX@sip.citycom.in

Account Entry:

any suggestion did i made any mistake am using 9 as dial prefix or should i use 944 as dial prefix am confused plz help

Please post Asterisk CLI when dialing.
