Vtiger and Asterisk Installed, Want to upgrade to VICDIAL

Hi,

I am new to this forum. I already have Vtiger 5.1 installed and asterisk. I need a call center app and this one looks perfect.

Is it best to dump what we have in Vtiger and install VICIDIALNOW? Also, is the included Vtiger pkg in VICIDIALNOW the full blown version?

The Vtiger included in VicidialNOW is quite old (5.0.3). You need to have it upgraded to your current version (5.1) after installation. You can then dump your current Vtiger to your VicidialNOW system.

I'd also recommend upgrading Vicidial to the latest version (2.2.1). Instructions are available here:
