when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method, vicidial version and build, asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

post the link that it generates (copy link, paste here) if it won't let you paste it as a link, delete the http://domainname portion and just post the rest (which is a good idea anyway).

if you know the page it's trying to open, you can often just "go there". also menu items can be available in several places and sometimes only ONE of the menu item links will be broken, try the link on a few other pages (and post a ticket in the tracker if it's an actual issue)
