How to design Failover for Carrier kind of set up ?

VERSION: 2.4-309a
BUILD: 110430-1642
No other software installed on the box.
I've read the manager manual.

asterisk has its own language. it's called the "dial plan". there are many methods available for "if the call fails, do this". this is an "Asterisk" Question and although you may get some help on the topic here, you'll find LOTS of help on it in asterisk forums and asterisk guru sites (along with examples).
we do not generally use failover in Vicidial as it adds overhead and should not be necessary (if you are experiencing fails in vicidial you have serious issues that need to be addressed,not just "go to the next carrier" and ignore the issue).
beware of the overhead involved in failover.
