Getting Loging error

Hi Mat

I install vici dial according to scratch install every thing is working fine but when I login as a user to chek it getting me this error mess....
"Sorry, your phone login and password are not active in this system, please try again: "
I dont no where the prob is? kindly tell me that how can I resolve this issue?
