Hello Guru,
I am only experienced with vicidialnow for outbound calls using voip account. But now the call center needs 10 analog phone lines (local for inbound campaign) to integrate with Vicidialnow server for the purpose we would like to have full recordings incoming calls.
Could you help us guide what do we need to achieve our goals.

First you would need a PSTN hardware that will handle your 10 analog phone lines. You can check this out:
Sangoma cards are our choice of hardware. VicidialNOW has out of the box driver support for Sangoma telephony cards. All you need to do is configure them (instructions available on Sangoma wiki).
