Hello,
i am able to do the Broadcast etc using the TTS . How can i get to use the Cepstral in the Call Cenu option , short of running it thru EXTENSION or AGI option ? I mean is there a TTS option that can be enabled for Call Menu?

Not currently, since Call Menus do not use customer information or lead information, there really isn't much dynamic to be used for TTS. We could certainly add it, but we have not had any client that wanted to pay for it since call menus typically only use static prompts, and recorded static prompts sound better than TTS.
