Looking for someone to customize the VICI Reports.
I want to be able to see when the agents dial an extention number to play an audio and at what point the customer drops off.

I think you are going to have to explain in more detail exactly what you want done, and to what reports.

Guess: You want to allow an agent to send a customer to an IVR/Recording and you want to know how long the client listened (probably as a percentage) so you can tell if they listened to the whole thing.
some people would also like to be able to track the client's ultimate DTMF response at the end of the recording if they got that far.
am i close?
