Vicidial Dial Mode

Hello everyone,

I would like to know if is possible to have vicidial working in the dialing mode explained below.

(1) Administrator of Call Center loads an excel file (or file of other format) containing telephone numbers of people to call ("DataBase") into the Vicidial server

(2) Vicidial server then makes a call in multiple sessions (up to 4) on separate ports/channels to each of a group of TSRs (in number of up to "N" TSRs).

Note N = / < 150 but for the purpose of demo N = 10

(3) Vicidial server reads the telephone number off the DataBase and dial on separate ports/channels each of the the telephone numbers one at a time until there is N number of concurrent calls in progress.

Vicdial server should be able to detect and count the total number of concurrent calls.

Each call is connected through the brodging of the call to the telephon enumber dialed and the call to the TSR.

No Vicidial does not work in this mode. It does do some of this... sort of. You should purchase the paid for version of the Managers manual and read up on Remote Agents.
