So we know what Logout All Agents does. What exactly happens when this feature is used? EMERGENCY VDAC CLEAR FOR THIS CAMPAIGN.
We know that you get a must click here to confirm link 'to delete the oldest LIVE record for the Campaign.' Then you get a notice that the LAST VDAC RECORD CLEARED for CAMPAIGN: XXXXXXXX
But when would it be used and what does it do.

You REALLY need to upgrade. This feature is unnecessary under the current 2.2.1 release code.

Thanks Matt for replying. Our ViciDial setup might be more of a collection of upstream fixes that have been applied to meet our customers base needs.
What I'd really like to get from you is brief explanation of why this feature would be used and how/what do we need to be on the look for in order to use it.
Would we have to be looking at Real Time screen and see something there that would cause us the use the Emergency Clear feature?
When you stated 'allows you to clear the oldest LIVE record for a campaign' does that mean a LIVE CALL?
If it's not a LIVE CALL then please what is a LIVE RECORD?
What we are trying to achieve is deciding if the feature needs to be in our upcoming release.
Thanks again.

This allows the clearing of a call record that has hung up but the AGI was not stopped for some reason, which doesn't seem to be a problem with Asterisk 1.4.21.2 or 1.4.27.1. Also, this problem was negated by the concurrent transfer feature that was added a few years ago.
