Autodial problem

When I set my campaign to manual dial, everything works fine. The agent is placed in a conference, and the system dials out and connects the call to the conference when the "Dial Next Number" is pressed.

However, when I change the campaign to any type of auto dialing mode (ratio, adaptive, etc.), I have issues. The agent is connected into the room at login, but it appears as though it doesn't even attempt to dial the next number in the hopper?

Any ideas?

Are you using multiple servers (i.e. 1 Asterisk/VICIDIAL Server and 1 Apache/MySQL Server).

Make sure time is sync'd

do a screen -x and make sure ASTVDauto is running.

Thanks for the quick answer enjay, but I just figured out what was wrong. I apreciate your help. It turned out to be pilot error on the agen screen.
