Vicidial Conferences (Overlap)

I am experiencing an issue with conference overlaps. When people start logging into the agc/vicidial.php it is handing out the same conference to multiple people. My vicidial_conferences table is populated properly.

Any idea what would cause this?

do you have any duplicates in vicidial_conferences?

I will confirm that, one other question.. If my hopper level is set to 100 yet my hopper is reaching in excess of 700 what could cause that?

Nope no duplicates...

I have seen that happen once before with reserved leads on one server after Asterisk has crashed. If you do a "select * from vicidial_hopper" do you see anything strange?
