[HELP] Big delay once call is transfered to agents

Hello

Im having big problem... everything in vicidial works; but once a calls is transfered to a user there is big delay in the conversation between the customer and the client

i have this setup

ZAP channel ------> ASTERISK---->IAX over LAN----->AGENT

Asterisk version?

zaptel timer?

zaptel timing source?

loadavg when this happens?

codecs being used?

These are the specs:

asterisk-1.2.12.1
libpri-1.2.3
zaptel-1.2.9.1

Im using IAXCOMM softphones with GSM codec

Zaptel timing... must be from taken from the E1 PRI? (not sure about this one? how can i look it up?)

As you can see there in the TOP command

Could this be a memory problem?

Just an update...


I found out that the agents have a HUGE lag.... it is because of a switch overload... all is well in Vicidial land!
