how to set up a predictive with 10 agent and i can to have 15 seconde between the call

at the top left of the screen click on "eflo.net home" then click on "company info" and then click on "contact us". they will tell you how much to pay to get a server set up for you so you can begin making calls.

OTHERWISE you may want to consider downloading the manual, installing the software on a computer and hiring some agents ...?

but i'm just guessing here because you have given so little information (i'd still go with the first one, though, it's pretty much guaranteed to work ... if you have money!)
