Vicidial Report modification needed - Urgent

Hi,
We are using Vicidial 2.2.1. We need development and customization. This project is for customization of existing Vicidial Report.

There are two reports namely;
- Agent Performance Report
- Inbound Report

Currently, the Date Input method allows you to choose the From Date and To Date.

Requirement: I need to make these reports in Date and Time Range instead of Date only.
e.g. From 27-10-2010 10:00:00 to 27-10-2010 13:00:00

hour to hour or all the way down to minute or even seconds?

Better to modify down to the seconds as we need to offer hourly reports to client.

i understand you want to be able to select by the hour. of course i would set it to pull from 01:00:00 to 01:59:59 if you went "from 1AM to 2AM", but would you need to SELECT by the minute and SELECT by the second? (so would you actually want to select 02:51:27 to 03:23:50? or just by the hour to keep your price down a wee bit?
