Hi all,
i need your help
please don't mind i am looking like a big question for everyone, i am very new 2 this stuff
1) how to get the leads back from the campagin
2) how to set the call back option for time and date
3) how to barge the calls
4) how to add list id for leads
5) i am dialing with 5 agents what is the best selection for auto dialing wth predicitive and what is level of hopper
too many questions to be continued............

To get data out of the database we recommend using PHPMyAdmin.
As for the other issues, have you downloaded the Agent and Manager manual from eflo.net?

you can also use a windows program called SQLyog to get data out of the asterisk database.
the app is free.
