vicibox auto-dial

Hi all,

i have created auto-dial campaign list, as soon i do Login, it auto-start dialing from the leads, but it does not show customer information on the agc client interface..what could be the reason...

when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and OS with kernel or version, vicidial version and build, asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

that's how it's supposed to work. if it showed you all the information for all the numbers it dialed, you'd be looking at information for people you are NOT talking to. it only shows you the information for the person you ARE talking to.

Asterisk 1.2.30.2
Single Server
No any other Extra software...
Client Sofware is EyeBeam
