having issue during manual dialing

hi all .

actually having problem after hanging up the call but when dial next number from the lead the last call is still in process and the second issue i am facing is that agents gets the voices of other agents who are logged in that conferrence too .

can you post your asterisk CLI..

also make sure you have "h" extension in your extension.conf.. as it will not hangup your call properly.

exten => h,1,DeadAGI(call_log.agi,${EXTEN}) ; DeadAGI is new
exten => h,2,DeadAGI
yah i have those in my extension.conf

How many agents do you have?

What is the loadavg when this happens?

Are your agents properly logging out with the LOGOUT button?

are there any duplicates in your vicidial_conferences table?
