this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)
Honestly, we do not have enough information from what you have given us to even begin to troubleshoot your problem. You seem to be saying that you installed with VicidialNOW, but that is merely the installation method and OS from the list of information I requested above. Please post ALL the information requested, it is first and foremost required to help you and also a requirement to get free help.
In addition to that, you will likely need to post other information such as asterisk CLI output (a few lines, showing what is happening, not more than 20-30 lines) when the calls are failing in such a manner.
But as it stands right now, we do not know if the system has been running for three years but died the day you posted or if you have never actually had this sytem up at all.
Please post the requested information, read the manager's manual, and the stickies.
