g729 problem

good day sir i have already install g729 in may vicidialnow but still can't call it can proceed in call please try your call later error 4011. i configure my carrier and sip.conf

disallow=all
allow=g729

but when i use show codec i see that my channel use g711.

can u help me about this problem thanks^_^

try to to in CLI asterisk : show translation

you will probably get a lot more help with this in an asterisk forum. many more people (perhaps in a language you are more familiar with, as well )

but do try show translation, as it will tell you if the module loaded
