Goautodial CE 2.0 RC ISO

Postby gardo » Thu Aug 19, 2010 1:37 pm

Hey guys,

Anyone interested in testing the latest ISO?

Sangoma Wanpipe voice timer driver can be installed with 3 simple commands. It also has the following updated software:

Vicidial 2.2.1
Asterisk 1.4.27.1-vici
Dahdi
VtigerCRM 5.1.0
Sangoma 3.5.14

This is the last release candidate for the final 2.0 version coming very soon.

Out of the box support for the following:

1. Digium and Sangoma cards. (Sangoma voicetime can easily be installed with 3 simple commands - final release will have out of the box support too).
2. Vicidial and Vtiger synchronization

Please report any bugs or issues encountered.

I saw the /var/www/html/agc2 is the same with 2.0.5, if it can use on v2.2.1 well? If not, if you have any schedule to update the agent website (agc2)?
The agent website is very well and most of us like it very much, thanks.

Install Failed

Postby Princeamor » Fri Sep 03, 2010 8:22 am

My installation did not complete. It got up to a blue screen where my options were tab or f12 to continue but It did not do anything after that.

Specs:
Asus p5kc mobo
Intel Core 2 Quad 6600
2GB RAM
Western Digital SATA HD

No additional hardware.

Unable to load new leads

Postby General_Terror » Mon Sep 13, 2010 4:07 pm

Hello everyone,
I switched to Go Auto Dial, and now am unable to load leads from the same file, which I was successfully using to load leads in vicidialnow, on the same machine.

When we select the custom layout and press Submit, there doesn't appear the things which used to appear, for example, we got "PHONE NUMBER", in PHONE NUMBER column, but now we get "" in every field.

It's a pity, that I can't seem to link to the photo here.

And of course, everyone knows the versions of modules being used in goautodial.

Vicidial 2.2.1
Asterisk 1.4.27.1-vici
Dahdi
VtigerCRM 5.1.0
Sangoma 3.5.14
CentOS 5.5 as base (modified kernel as usual)

check the file permission of vicidial_temp_file.csv... it should be set to 777.

just go to /var/www/html/vicidial/ directory and type chmod 777 vicidial_temp_file.csv.

Hi,
I have downloaded and installed Goautodial CE 2.0 RC2.
It does not seem to include the GoAutoDial web portal by default, but the quick start guide refers to this webportal. I have re-installed several times and go the same Vicidial web interface.

In order to get the GoAutoDial web, I had to download goautodial-v2.0-build-18.tar.gz, only after that I was able to follow the Quick Start Guide.

Can you please consider editing the quick start, so that other newbies like me do not get very confused. :)

Thank you for your time and hard work.

Hi,

The GoAutoDial web portal previewed in the "Quick Start Guide" will be the default web portal once the GoAutoDial CE 2.0 FINAL is released. This is coming very soon! :)
