Goautodial 2.0 CE consultative transfer not working

Goautodial 2.0 CE consultative transfer not working

Trying goautodial 2.0 CE

I'm trying the following:

1)Agent dials a number.
2)Clicks on transfer after connecting.
3)selects an AGENTDIRECT group
4)Clicks on Agents to select a closer/agent
5)Clicks on consultative
5)then clicks on dial with customer.
6)The agents hears "your call is important to us, please wait for the next available agent......" with customer on the line as well.
7)The closer agent never gets the call.

When trying to send the call to closer using "local closer" button it works fine.

Have you tried this on the standard ViciDial 2.2.1 agent interface, or only on the altered vicidialnow agent interface?

I'm using the standard agent interface...

I've also tried vicibox latest iso with same results.

I confirmed on vicibox that if properly configured consultative transfers work just fine, you have a configuration error on your system.
