Hi, guys !
After upgrade ce1.3 to 2.2 (VERSION: 2.2.1-237
BUILD: 100510-2015 ) according instructions from site DROPPED / ANSWERED are equal campaign real-time screen all time.
But in Agent Performance Detail , for example, there are much more answered calls.
Maybe i must edit any conf files?

Did you follow the full UPGRADE document instructions in ViciDial?
Are you using the standard agent interface or the altered ViciDialNow agent interface?

I've made 2 instructions , first 7.04.2010 and second 24.04.2010.
I use
http://192.168.x.x/agc/vicidial.php, because agc2 after upgrade is VERSION: 2.0.5-206 BUILD: 90525-1014.

how i can upgrade vicidialnow agents screen(orange not standart) to 2.2.1 ???
