Transferring Lead to a different list upon disposition

Is there any way to transfer the lead to a different list when the agent dispositions a lead as "X" disposition.Ex "Answer Machine"?

Or other option would be to allow 2 campaigns to use the same list but select the dispositions to call on each.

when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and OS with kernel or version, vicidial version and build, asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box.

There are several ways of doing this depending on your version, some are custom, some are built-in.

Put something like this in the Dispo Call url field:
(you will need to customize it to your setup and the statuses you want to have moved)

I was thinking on doing that but I'm using the dispo URL to post information to my CRM....any way to post to 2 different URL's?

well ... you could make your own url/page that would "bounce" to both in the background (use CURL to pull both the url for your CRM and the url to move the lead)

Posting to a separate script and then sending parameters to both URL's(CRM and the URL to move the lead)did the trick.

and now you have a page that can post to as many places as necessary, not just 1 or 2

can even perform checks and comparisons and "decide" which one(s) to post to. all sorts of doors open.

For some reason it's not moving the lead..... I'm using

I'm entering the list id 55555...

Well, that depends, what statuses of calls do you want to move the list_id on the lead for?

You would need to use the No Agent URL in order to do that for non-agent statuses.

by looking at the above ime gessing all you need to cange is SALE---SSALE---XSALE to CALLBK---CBHOLD and not forgetting to change my_IP to the ip of the server hope this helps but the link its self is rong some how as ive tryed to use it my self

1) Welcome to the Party!

2) As you are obviously new here, I have some suggestions to help us all help you:

When you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method (7.X.X?) and vicidial version with build (VERSION: 2.X-XXXx ... BUILD: #####-####).

This IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "manual/from scratch" you must post your operating system with version (and the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system) plus a link to the installation instructions you used. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

3) "Transferring Lead to a different list upon disposition" can be managed in the "dispo_url" field of the campaign. The script in question is mentioned elsewhere in this thread along with some other details.

4) Regarding your remark "when lists are renewed", I hope you do not mean to say you delete all your leads and reload them regularly (for DNC washing for instance?). We sell a product that allows you to DNC wash within the Vicidial server (nightly). But in any event, reloading leads will delete all history for your leads which is "lost data" and should be avoided, obviously, whenever possible.
