Survey stops after first call

I am trying to make a survey call and using test campaign. I am using vicidialnow ce 1.3 built 2.0.5. Problem is that my dialer pauses after the first call.

I log in as an agent, chose the campaign and then clicked resumed. It made one call and after that it paused. I looked in admins report and it showed agent paused. Tried with 8366 and 8368 ...same results

Have you read the Manager's Manual? You might have missed a step or two. I'd recommend going over it again just to be sure. Also VicidialNOW 1.3 is pretty old. Download and install GoAutoDial (formerly VicidialNOW) CE 2.0 here: http://goautodial.com.
