Reports do not match

Postby AlSam » Tue Oct 05, 2010 7:43 pm

I was looking at today's user stats for a particular user and found that the total talk time by disposition equals 14:54:15 but the agent was only logged in to the system for 7:41:54. I have posted a screenshot of this at http://s1192.photobucket.com/albums/aa334/AlSam1/Report/. Any help in figuring out this discrepancy would be appreciated. This occurs with other users and other days as well, not just the user/date in the screenshot.

Try adding this to your crontab:

50 0 * * * /usr/share/astguiclient/AST_cleanup_agent_log.pl --last-24hours

It does a recalculation of the vicidial_agent_log time nightly to ensure there are no inaccuracies.

Just added it. When should I see the results?

Ran a report on the same agent for the 8th and the results are the same, the talk time is much higher than the amount of time the agent was logged in to the VD server. Link to report.

I am seeing multiple logouts in a row on these samples, are you having issues with agents closing their web browsers in session, or with network connections?

How do these numbers compare to the summaries further down the page?

I guess sometimes agents are forgetful and close the browser without properly logging out first...no network issues (thankfully). It seems that the total length in the inbound/closer calls section does match the total in the agent talk time and status section. The Agent(S) field in the inbound/closer calls section also matches (almost, off by 46 seconds, no big deal) the total talk and customer time under the agent activity section. Agent activity section and Inbound/closer calls section.
