i need to know is it possible to barge or monitor the agents conversion who are logged in as remote agents ie ip/vicidial/vdremote.php

Nope, that is currently not a feature of ViciDial.

the version of asterisk and number of servers will determine the difficulty and capacity of barging/monitoring/coaching via asterisk itself outside the vicidial configuration (vicidial's method is easier, to be sure, but Asterisk 1.4 on a single server can be fairly easy to customize to monitor/coach any channel in use)
