i have some problem with vicidial Wall board. the wall board shown that 10 agents in Logged in , 5 agents in Calls , 4 Agents in Wait , 1 agent in Paused but 12 in current active calls. how i can set them Evaleen,
Server linux Ubuntu server 8

Waiting agents for call = 04
agent Paused = 01
agents on call = 05 (these calls current active and running)
Current active calls = 12 (These calls shown on wall board which are 7 extra )
the wall board shown extra 7 active calls, which are 05. why the wall board shown 7 extra active calls
