Agents kick out from the conference simoultanously

Good day,
I need help on this, intermittent at 1am all agents will be kick out from conference? What causes this issues?

Help is much appreciated.

Same thing happening with me on a server.

Installation method scratch on CentOS 6.9. Vicidial version 2.14. Server configuration 8GB Ram with 4 Core. 15 Agents logged on and doing manual dialing only. No incoming calls and no auto dialing. Server load average is 0.07 Max. Check top and iftop command and its always normal also when happening this logout case.

When its happening that admin page showing no agent logged on and on agent screen its showing you are logged out. But if agent on call then its staying continue but multiple agent can hear each other like multiple agent getting joined into one conference.

Please advice what should i check and how I can solve this problem.

Check these lines in crontab:

AND

### reset several temporary-info tables in the database
2 1 * * * /usr/share/astguiclient/AST_reset_mysql_vars.pl

change it on a time that suits you:

3:30 AM:

30 3 * * * /sbin/reboot
30 3 * * * /usr/share/astguiclient/AST_reset_mysql_vars.pl

4:30 PM:

30 16 * * * /sbin/reboot
30 16 * * * /usr/share/astguiclient/AST_reset_mysql_vars.pl

I changed time and hope it will work. I will keep you posted.
