vicibox 3.0.6 /vicidial 2.4-284 /asterisk 1.4.27.1

I'm getting this popup on the agents web client on all calls after 50 seconds. The calls go through and are aswered - asterisk CLI:
SIP/sip.provider.net-0000002d answered SIP/107-0000002c

where should i start looking?

More Asterisk CLI output before and after what you posted please.

How do you have your carrier configured?

Yep. Post the CLI from a "control call" from beginning to end.

And verify these while you here:

Have you tried a different carrier?

Could you try dialing 9998888112 and see if it routes properly to the loopback testing extension and if it detects the hangup in the agent interface?

I was unable to duplicate this issue on our testing server so I am not sure as to the cause of this if it is not carrier-related.

Changed my dialplan entry as follows:
from:
Dialplan Entry:
exten => _9NXXNXXXXXX,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => _9NXXNXXXXXX,2,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN:1}@sip.provider.net)
exten => _9NXXNXXXXXX,3,Hangup

exten => _91NXXNXXXXXX,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => _91NXXNXXXXXX,2,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN:1}@sip.provider.net)
exten => _91NXXNXXXXXX,3,Hangup

to:
Dialplan Entry:
exten => _9NXXNXXXXXX,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => _9NXXNXXXXXX,2,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN:1}@sip.provider.net,,To)
exten => _9NXXNXXXXXX,3,Hangup

exten => _91NXXNXXXXXX,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => _91NXXNXXXXXX,2,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN:1}@sip.provider.net,,To)
exten => _91NXXNXXXXXX,3,Hangup

and things now appear to be working. I had a feeling that the 'o' option was the answer but could not find the proper syntax. Hope this helps others and I'll keep you posted on the testing.

thanks
learjg

Sorry I didn't notice that one right away, yes the 'o' is required on all dialouts. Sometimes I forget to look for the simple solutions :)
