Incorrect URL...http://_/agc/admin.php

hi guys i have Vicidial installation with this specifications:

VERSION: 2.4-285
BUILD: 101022-1427
© 2010 ViciDial Group
Asterisk 1.4.35-vici-rc1
Dahdi-current
Ubuntu-8.04 LTS i386
Single Server

- I have encounter some unusual behavior on my Vicidial install when i go to Agent to login Phone login and pass details with this URL

http://192.168.1.104/agc/vicidial.php

then click submit i get page cannot be displayed having like this url

http://_/agc/vicidial.php (Page cannot be Displayed)

this is still the same when i put a shortcut url for my agent like this
http://192.168.1.104/agc/vicidial.php?pl=100&pp=test

But still i get this output url --> http://_/agc/vicidial.php (Page cannot be Displayed) strange

My administration page is working fine at all

any idea guys..?

Any other software installed on this box?

Fresh install or "recent hiccup"?

check the /var/www/ folder if you see any agc or vicidial folders under it, also check your astguiclient.conf in the /etc/ directory check if the paths are correct to your web server which is /var/www since you are on ubuntu
