VDAD - Status/User/FullName

I have a quick question regarding some lead statuses from a list dialed earlier this week. One of the managers exported all the "Sales" made, and two of the leads from the list were dispositioned as "Sale" which is fine, but the user was VDAD, and the full_name was Outbound Auto Dial. I'm wondering why the Vicidial Auto Dialer would disposition one of our leads as a "Sale", or if this is actually agent related? This would be the first time this has occurred.

We are submitting a "Export Calls Report" in which two of the leads were dispostioned as "Sale" by the VDAD.

Hi Matt,

I see this is a very old topic but we have the same problem. When using the Export Leads report and we use it to export leads with status Sale. It shows user VDAD and full_name Outbound Auto Dial. While these are sales made by agents. It shows this for about 50% of the sales, so not all of them.

Just posting again to confirm this problem still exists and i found the cause. It seems that every time a sale is made an previous to the sale a disposition was made by the dialer (NA status for instance) it seems the dialer becomes the owner of the sale. I found out by comparing sales that did have a proper agent name versus sales that had 'Outbound Auto Dial' as full_name and VDAD as user. This is what i noticed when zooming in on those records:



I also posted this in the issue tracker and noticed that Matt cleared it up. It's because the Export Lead Report is different from the Export Calls report.
