Installing asterisk and vicidial in the server

I've been trying to install vicidial and asterisk softwares for setting up a mini call center solution. I downloaded the vicibox redux (vicidial) and asterisk server software. Both has its own OS and installing either one of them after the other results in over-writing and the previous installations are lost.
How can both vicidial and asterisk be installed in the server system and also be able to access both of them through the browser from another system?

I dont really get what do you want. But if you have downloaded vicibox, and actually install it, you should already know that vicibox has a version of asterisk for install on a single server or as part of a cluster.

Neither vicidial or asterisk has their own OS, you can install asterisk on any OS you want (that is supported) so vicidial too. Try Vicibox on a Virtual machine

Follow the Walk Through for the installation process

and try to get the vicidial´s Manual (Manager and Agent) from

You should get involved before try of running your own mini-call center, this will save you a lot time, money and headaches
