Synchronization of vicidial and vtiger leads

Hi,

I am trying to integrate Vicidial and Vtiger crm according to the doc VTIGER.txt. I am able to create accounts in vtiger and after running the scripts Vtiger_OUT_sync2VICIDIAL_file.pl and VICIDIAL_IN_new_leads_file.pl the vtiger accounts gets imported to vicidial as leads. The scripts seems to import and synchronize only the vtiger accounts. Is it possible to import/synchronize vtiger leads into vicidial?

What I want to do is to create leads in vtiger and then import these leads into vicidial and keep it synchronized.

I am using Vicidial 2.2.0rc7 and vtiger 5.1.0

No, the sync only works with Vtiger accounts

It would be really useful if this feature is added to vicidial. Leads could be loaded into vtiger and vicidial can be used to call the leads.

In my case I mostly call the leads and based on the response the lead is converted to an account.

You can do it backwards, you can generate leads in Vtiger from vicidial, when you click on the web form button, the lead is going to be searched on vtiger, if the lead does not exist it will be created.

Keep in mind that Vtiger cannot store anywhere near as many leads as ViciDial can, which is why we didn't do leads sync. In our tests Vtiger became unusable at 100,000 leads, even with a dedicated DB server and web server.

What can I now do as it's clear that im barking up the wrong tree here
Perhaps stay with vicidial custom fields ?

Most of our clients that had been using Vtiger switched to Vicidial Custom Fields when they became available. They can handle millions of records on the proper database hardware.

i am trying but no leads are inserted in my vtiger.
