"Standalone" dialers?

Do standalone dialers exist?
An application which does not require a server, asterix etc. Installs like an ordinary program, has autodialing (or predictive) ability.

Think Xlite that has autodial and uses excel or txt numbers list.

Well, any examples? I google - autodialer, predictie dialer, I even google frre autodialer, but to no avail. All I get is buy our services, we'll dial for u. Wha I am looking for is a single program that can dial and make outgoing calls from an excel list. Cant find it. Hosted this hosted that. Not what I want.

Yes, of coures its relates in some way to Vicidial. Can't tell how exactly, but I swear it is.

If you want to find a dialer ... you're already on the right site. If you want to find a dialer "other than" vicidial, you should be googling. If you can't make google work ...
