vtiger help

Hello,

I was hoping I could get a little help or at least a better understanding of this. What I am trying to do is this: when an agent is on a call they can click the web form button and it opens vtiger and the lead with all of the populated information.

I have tried a few tests. I created a lead in the dialer and the same lead in vtiger. When I call that lead and click on webform, it does not take me to the lead information screen. It takes me to the sales>calendar screen. Where do I change this to take the agent to the lead info screen? My webform link in the campaign is ipaddress/vicidial/vtiger_search.php

Is there a way for vtiger to use the leads from vici without copying every lead to the vtiger database or am I going to have to copy all the leads ?

Vtiger Create Call Record: Y
Vtiger Create Lead Record: Y
Vtiger Status Call: Y
Vtiger Screen Login: Y

Do you have the same user in Vicidial and Vtiger logged in?

yes I have the same user. Thanks for all of the replies. I think I had an issue with my leads. I used the webform feature on a different list and it works perfectly!
