Hi
Recently i have purchased a voip account and registered as sip trunk
and for testing i dialled UK ivr no ,in cli i got the following results.
any idea why it showing like this.

does the call drop?

check the sip debug, but you'll need to give us a little more information about what is "happening" (are you asking because you are curious about an interesting log entry ... or because your dialer is down and cannot dial out because of this problem?)

rtp too short

hi williamconley

at that time i got the call came in broken , the ivr played like start stop ,start stop.


but after that i did lot of calls to the same ivr number ,i never seen that message again and calls are working fine.

given the odds you either had a bad internet connection or you ran out of bandwidth.

It could also be a crappy linksys firewall, or mtu set wrong. However the MTU is probably not the issue. What type of firewall do you have?

I just keep an airsoft gun in the drawer for those guys :P
