Possible to Configure Carrier with Least Cost Routing If I deal with Multiple Carrier ?

No other software installed on the box.
I've read the manager manual.

Yes, there is an AGI that is included and does this(agi-LCR-Route.agi), but there is currently no documentation on it aside from the comments in the code.
