Conferencing in Vicidial

Hi Everyone,

Is there a way to do conference calls through vicidial in both
inbound and outbound campaigns.?

When the calling executive is interacting with a customer through an
inbound or outbound campaign, a third person have to join the
conference.

The 3rd person should be able to join the conference through an
inbound call or outbound call.

Is it Possible with vicidial?
If so any body please give me a suggestion on this.

1) Please download and read both the Agent and Manager manual.

2) You can call the "third party" from within the conference by generating a call using "Transfer/Conf" button during a live call

3) Managers can join existing calls using barge or monitor or by dialing the conference number from a phone attached to the system
