Hi guys is it possible to set like on the agent screen we can implement Auto hangup when agents hangup the calls then automatrically display the dispositions- no need for the agent to press hangup button.

how exactly did the agent hangup the call without pressing the hangup button? Is this a new psychic feature of the Wii or something?
