Vicidial Calls not connecting : cause: 20

Dear Forum,

Hi,

We are working on vicidial on ubuntu-8.04.4 from last few months. Thinks was fine till yesterday but today when log-in we are facing following issues;

1.On real time screen is showing call are ringing but it not getting connected

2.When we try manual calling; we got message

Call Rejected: CHANUNAVAIL
Cause: 20 – Subscriber absent

3.When I cheeked on server “sip show registry” there is no entry for my sip carrier; even I tried to reregister the sip but no use.

4.The carrier is showing in “sip show peers” but status is unreachable.

I am not able to identify the problem, please help me with your valuable suggestions
