Hi William

Hav already check with getting started guide. But in tht also there is nothing about mentioning IP config (mentioned only the accessing from firefox)

After installation gologin prompt came and we logged in. Pls let me know the commands to configure.

Now the server has default IP 192.168.1.2 and i can't able to connect to Internet and LAN.

My static IP ISP provided : 124.10x.xx.xxx

The below is the agent system configured and downloaded the ISO.

Physical Address. . . . . . . . . : 20-CF-xx-xx-xx-xx
Dhcp Enabled. . . . . . . . . . . : No
IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . .: 192.168.1.130
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.1
DNS Servers . . . . . . . . . . . : 208.xx.xxx.xxx
208.Xx.xxx.xxx

Now i hav to config server as
IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . .: 192.168.1.2
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.1 --right?

Pls help. Thanks a lot

Wow. I've never actually read that manual before, but if the version you have is the same one I have, you should have a look at page 9. Apparently the GoAutoDial menuing system has network settings on it. :)

Please go over the GoAutoDial Getting Started Guide (http://goautodial.com/wiki/getting-started-guide/). It has screenshots on how to configure the network settings. This is all done via your web browser.

Click on ADMIN LOGIN
username: admin
password: vicidialnow
Click on Systems/Network > Configuration > eth0 config

Image

Set the default gateway and click Save

Of course you need to adapt it to your network settings. :D

Hi Mr.Gardo

Thanks for the information. later i got tht and configured successfully.

Now i had loaded 100 leads to a campaign and after agent login it was not shown in the customer data sheet. Also when login the Xlite automatically popup and shows incoming call from Sxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx8600051. If i answer the call the screen remains.... if i ignore tht call then after a few secons the screen says

Noone is in your session: 8600051
<Go back> link

<Call agent again> link

Pls help me.....

Perhaps it would help if you read the Vicidial manual (available at EFLO.net, both manager and agent versions can be downloaded for free ... and there is a more in-depth version if you want something more than just "getting started").
