Hi Sir,
I hav sucessfully over come the installation and now iam able to access the admin page and all.
We are not going to use a softphone.
Le me know how to configure tht one.

Hi Sir,
One of my friend told it is possible to handle only with headphone and mic connected to sys.
Is it possible, if it means we hav to go for IAX ---right?
If right means pls suggest any changes in cofigurations.

you can use a softphone like xlite.
Then you just connect a headset to the agents computer.
