Predictive Voice Broadcasting

Hi,

I am wondering if any of you guys already tried predictive Voice Broadcasting using vicidial (goautodial).

Details
Recorded Audio File - containing the voice announcement/advertisement

1. The server will broadcast calls (predictive) to about 50 numbers
2. When the phone picked up, vicidial will automatically play the recorded audio file. (No human interaction with the server)
3. The server will continue the predictive dialing until all leads available have been dialed.
4. Leads reloadable

yep. read the manual under "survey" (which has more than you need, since survey's can have responses ... but you can use it for broadcasting even easier than surveying).

in Campaigns, visible after you use the Detail View.

If you complete the tutorial in the manual, and it works ... then you're done.

Every "Voice Broadcast" is a campaign. The survey settings are only a small part of the puzzle. But the rest is in the manual and in your own testing.

Thanks William, we might need to purchase the manual. Question: when we buy a paid manual the update is free whenever you release another version of vicidial?

When you buy a manual you get updates free for one year.

Keep track of the email address with which you purchased, that will be your key to get the next version (unless they change their methods).
