Hi william
Thanks for ur soon reply.
Iam talking abt the VoIP prpvider whp gave unlimited to us. They gave us five user accounts for five seats/month. When we configed the carrier in goautodial we are able to call from only one user, and we are not able to dial from all the five users at the same time.
When we queried this to the VoIP provider they configed the five user accounts directly in the Softphones, and now we are able to dial from all users at a time.
So when using directly from softphone we are unable to make the call disposition. Cant get any reports.
When we again asked reg this the VoIP provider told that the vicidialer which u r using is old version and it does not support our mins, to support our unlimited mins u need to purchase other VoIP (which is costlier than they provide already) .
They also told something reg the old version that u are using CLI type for calling, tht is the old version.
Pls let me clear this..
1. How to config the five VoIP accounts in goautodial (WE ALREADY CONFIGED IT AS FIVE CARRIERS, but cant able to call at a same time frpm two agents)
2. Can v config a limited single VoIP account for multiple users.
Pls suggest.

i understood that you meant the voip provider was the company providing the voip services. i want the NAME. anyone who would sell you "unlimited" and then tell you that GoAutoDial "is the old version" needs to be shamed by name.
GoAutoDial is the latest release of Vicidial. The only thing newer is the Developer Trunk (not released yet).
If you set up the system properly, you can have the phones dial out by attempting to dial each of the lines in succession and failing over until it finds a free one for each call. That's cumbersome, but viable.
It would also be possible to set up a system to detect which one(s) were in use and initiate the call through one NOT in use and stop when it reached the limit.
A simpler method might be to set up each agent in their own campaign and have each campaign dial through a specific carrier (setting up one carrier for each of the phone lines given to you from the provider ... Vicidial would view each one as a different carrier).

none of what i said included checking with the voip provider. but that statement combined with earlier ones creates an implication that i must address:
does your voip provider have access to your system?
NAME your voip provider (so others can avoid their "Unlimited" lines until you have resolved your issue)
then take the settings that your voip provider gave you for each of the 5 lines and create 5 "carriers" within vicidial and set up 5 sep campaigns.
if that works, you've demonstrated vicidial's ability to dial through their service and you can then try to work out failover or carrier management to allow all 5 lines in ONE campaign (and that will give you a much better working system).
