Logout doesnt Hangup agent (SIP or IAX)

goautodial-ce-2.0-final.iso
no extra software installed
changed ip to 172.16.1.250
updated database

Using xlite or Zoiper

i can log in as an agent, phone rings and i hear the "you are currently the only person on this conference"

If i click the logout link i get to the log in again screen but the phone is still on call, i have to manually hung up.


Is this supposed to be the behaviour? or does it has to automatically hang up the phone ?

Under normal circumstances, logging out should terminate your call.

Have you rebooted your system after the IP change? (to be sure ALL the scripts have the new information)

Is this something that broke after you modified the IP, or has this system never been online/tested before now?

Please show asterisk CLI from a "log out" moment. :)

Not all phones actually do hangup when you click the logout button. Mine doesn't (Linksys SPA941). I'm pretty sure there are also other models that don't. However, most softphones do hangup when clicking the logout button (Xlite, Zoiper and etc).

The only phones I've ever experienced that did not hang up when logging out were external phones.

Problem solved.

Ive already run the update_server script and rebooted and still didnt worked.

changed ip again, run script, reboot and is now working!!
