lead Uploading Error in GoAutoDial

I am getting Below Issue as I doesnt show me any Fields :



I have to manually copy the data in vicidial_temp_file.txt and then Upload it.

hit the "help" button to show you the 23 fields in use and their order.

modify your spreadsheet to have THOSE EXACT 23 FIELDS, in that order.

use tab delimited file format (save as text/tab delimited in excel)

when you upload the list, you will then use "standard" instead of "custom" and it will not require mapping of fields (they are already in the correct order).

they will load immediately upon pressing submit.

OR

you can just try tab delimited instead of CSV and see if the system understands the field markers better.

or try the "non 3rd generation" list loader (there's a link when you are about to upload at the bottom of the window to use the older loader)

I use Custom method.

Yep. I got that. Now try using the standard method with the same list. You'll have to move your fields to the proper order.

OR

use the other downloader (3rd gen vs non-3rd gen)
