Cannot disable "Auto Dial Level"

I am trying to set Auto Dial Level to 0 so I can have the agents instantiate the next dial.

It lets me, but when I save, it reverts it to 1.0

Why?

1) please list your installer with version (ie: the name of the .iso from which you installed)

2) reading the manual is a requirement (it is available at EFLO.net, it has a free version which should do nicely for the question you have asked so far, and also comes in both Manager and Agent flavors, but I highly recommend the paid version if you intend to use the system ... it's educational and will likely save you more time than the money you spend by a huge margin).

3) this is a SUPPORT question. You have posted in the "General Discussion" section. I'll move it, but please post properly next time

4) Please also read the stickies for each forum before you post (this is a universal constant for most forums, so get used to it, it has the information I just posted in #1 and #2 above ).

5) I DO thank you for posting most of your specs. You deserve extra credit for that

6) When set to "Ratio", Auto-dial CANNOT be Zero. You must set to "Manual" to use "0". (In fact, when you set to Manual, it will set to Zero for you )
