DTMF Delay

When we send DTMF from the Browser , there is a delay of 1-2 seconds or so I presume.

Anyway to omit or reduce it ?

not likely, although you may want to consider upgrading before asking that question (a lot of revisions have been made since the version you are using ... which is technically no longer supported by the vicidial group ...)

it's entirely possible that a newer version WOULD react better. many improvements have been made.

the only possibility would require a rewrite of the DTMF routine that makes it happen "NOW" instead of "with other commands". I'm not even positive that would cause it immediately, but it might. You could test it with a script in a php page that generates the same command ... how quickly does it send when that page is accessed directly.

but you have to be careful of that. excessive use could overload the system and cause stability issues (ie: one or two agents hitting that from time to time is one thing, 20 agents hitting it all at once could be ... less fun)

Somehow , agents are comfortable with Soft Phone when doing 3 Party IVR as No delay when sending DTMF.

Now, what they are facing recently is when they enter the Room ID, sometimes it doesn't take. After entering the ROOM id, it blank. Immediately I tried it from my VOIP directly, bypassing Dialer and I found that VOIP is working perfectly. But suddenly, after 1-2 hrs , softphone starts working smoothly. ( No change anywhere ) .

Didn't understand this Nature and why it happens so ?

I use Xlite as SoftPhone. I even tried configuring Eyebeam with Dialer at that moment when 3party not working But No change.
